Welcome to the SIA “KVADRO” online store. Before making a purchase or using the website, please read these Terms of Use carefully.

1. General Provisions

1.1. This online store is operated by the limited liability company “KVADRO”, registration No. 40003036264, legal address: Lielā iela 71D, Kurzemes District, Riga, LV-1016, hereinafter referred to as the Seller.
1.2. The Seller offers customers the opportunity to purchase household chemicals, cleaning products, and related goods, hereinafter referred to as the Goods.
1.3. These Terms of Use, hereinafter referred to as the “Terms,” apply to all persons who visit the online store or make a purchase, hereinafter referred to as the “Customer.”
1.4. For a Customer who is a consumer, placing an order constitutes a Distance Contract, to which the Republic of Latvia Consumer Rights Protection Law and the Cabinet of Ministers Regulations “On Distance Contracts” apply. The contract is deemed concluded at the moment of payment for the goods.
1.5. The Seller’s “Privacy Policy” is an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Purchasing Goods and Prices

2.1. Information about the Products and their main characteristics is available in the online store’s catalog. Images are for illustrative purposes only.
2.2. All prices are listed in euros (EUR) and include value-added tax (VAT).
2.3. Shipping costs are not included in the price of the Goods. They are calculated before the order is confirmed, depending on the selected shipping method.
2.4. The Seller reserves the right to change prices and offers without prior notice. The price indicated at the time of purchase is valid.

3. Placing an Order

3.1. Purchases may be made by both registered users and guests.
3.2. To make a purchase, the Customer adds the Products to the “Shopping Cart,” provides accurate delivery information, and selects a payment method.
3.3. The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided. Incorrect information may delay or prevent the delivery of the Products.
3.4. After placing an order, the Customer receives an automatic confirmation email.

4. Payment Terms

4.1. Payments in the online store are processed through the SEB e-Link payment system.
4.2. The customer makes a prepayment via online banking or by credit card.
4.3. Order fulfillment begins only after the full purchase amount has been received in the Seller’s bank account.

5. Delivery

5.1. Delivery of goods is provided by our logistics partner, Venipak.
5.2. The average delivery time within Latvia is 2 to 5 business days; however, this may be extended during holidays or periods of high demand.
5.3. The goods are delivered to the address or pickup point specified by the Customer.

6. Right of withdrawal and returns

6.1. The customer (consumer) has the right to return the Product within 14 days without giving a reason.
6.2. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the Product has been opened for hygiene or safety reasons (for example, the packaging of a cleaning product has been opened or the safety seal has been broken).
6.3. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send an unambiguous notice to [email protected].
6.4. When returning a Product, the Customer is responsible for the costs associated with the return, except in specific cases set forth in the Terms of Use.
6.5. The Seller will refund the amount received within 14 days of receiving the returned Product.

7. Quality and Product Safety

7.1. The household cleaning products sold by SIA “KVADRO” comply with all safety requirements of the European Union and the Republic of Latvia.
7.2. These products are not food items and are not intended for consumption. They should be kept out of the reach of children.
7.3. The customer agrees to follow the usage and safety instructions provided on the packaging.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1. All content published on the online store (text, logos, images) is the property of SIA “KVADRO”. Any republication of this content without prior authorization is prohibited.

9. Liability and Dispute Resolution

10. Changes to the rules

10.1. SIA “KVADRO” reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes shall take effect upon their publication on the website.
