Starting January 5, 2026, SANITEX will become the official distributor of SIA KVADRO products in the retail sector in Latvia, taking over this function from the previous partner, SIA EUGESTA.
This step marks a new and logical phase in our cooperation, built on long-term experience, mutual trust, and shared growth objectives.
12 Years of Cooperation – A Strong Foundation for the Next Step
The partnership between KVADRO and SANITEX began in 2014 with product deliveries to the PROMO Cash & Carry network. Over time, the cooperation expanded into the HoReCa sector, where SANITEX has been distributing KVADRO’s professional product line.
Throughout the years, the partnership has grown stronger, expanding both product range and market coverage. In late 2025, a distribution agreement was signed, providing for the transfer of the full retail assortment to SANITEX management starting in 2026.
Today, we confidently view this as a natural continuation of a sustainable and strategically developed partnership.

SANITEX is the largest distributor in the Baltics, with a well-developed logistics infrastructure, a professional sales team, and a strong presence across key retail channels.
KVADRO products are already represented in nearly all major retail chains in Latvia. The expansion of this cooperation will allow us to:
- ensure even more efficient logistics and supply consistency;
- improve product availability and shelf presence;
- strengthen marketing activities and seasonal campaigns;
- further develop product groups with strong growth potential.
