Manufacturing is not just about the final product. It is about systems — clearly defined processes, accountable decisions, and continuous improvement. Since 4 August 2021, SIA KVADRO has been certified in accordance with the international standards ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015. Since the initial certification, we have successfully passed multiple surveillance audits and recertification, confirming the stability and ongoing development of our management systems.

Certification and regular audits are carried out by Bureau Veritas, an internationally recognised certification body with extensive experience in auditing quality and environmental management systems. This means that our processes are regularly assessed by an independent, professional third party, ensuring objective compliance verification.

Quality Built into the System

ISO 9001 defines the principles of a quality management system. It ensures that quality is not checked only at the final stage, but embedded throughout the organisation — from product development and raw material selection to production control, documented traceability and laboratory testing.

At KVADRO, the quality management system covers:

  • formulation development and testing,
  • raw material evaluation and approval,
  • production process control,
  • documented traceability and compliance monitoring.

This structured approach ensures consistency. Product quality is not the result of chance — it is the outcome of a controlled and managed system. For consumers, this means reliability and predictability. For business partners, it provides long-term stability and trust.

Environmental Responsibility as a Management Principle

ISO 14001 establishes a structured environmental management system. It requires organisations to systematically identify environmental aspects, evaluate risks and implement continuous improvements.

In practice, this includes:

  • monitoring resource consumption and environmental impact,
  • ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements,
  • planning and implementing environmental performance improvements.

Sustainability, in this context, is not a marketing statement. It is integrated into operational decision-making and corporate governance.

Recertification as Professional Discipline

ISO certifications are not permanent approvals. They require regular surveillance audits and periodic recertification. In 2024, KVADRO successfully completed the recertification process, and both certificates are valid until 2027.

Regular independent audits ensure that the system is not only implemented but continuously maintained and improved. Recertification demonstrates long-term commitment, operational discipline and readiness for external evaluation.

What ISO Certification Says About KVADRO

ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certification demonstrate that KVADRO operates within a structured and documented management framework. Processes are clearly defined, responsibilities are assigned, and quality and environmental requirements are integrated into everyday operations.

This signals organisational maturity — the ability to work in accordance with international standards, to undergo independent audits, and to sustain high performance over time. For KVADRO, quality and environmental responsibility are not separate initiatives. They form the foundation of how the company operates.

Sustainable Growth Through Structure

Long-term stability is not accidental. It is built on structured processes, systematic control and a clear commitment to continuous improvement. ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 help us maintain consistent quality, manage operational risks, plan development and strengthen trust among partners and consumers.

That is why we continue our recertification cycle and maintain these management systems as part of our long-term strategy.

Stability is the result of structure. And structure is a deliberate choice.
