KVADRO has completed the design renewal of its DANA anti-static spray within the laundry care product group – a step that honours the brand’s heritage while confidently looking toward the future.
DANA is one of the earliest products in KVADRO’s portfolio. Originally introduced under the name LANA and later renamed DANA, it has become a stable and recognisable product in the Latvian market. Over the years, formulas, packaging solutions and visual details have evolved, yet the core function – effective protection against static electricity – has remained unchanged. The new design marks the next chapter in this product’s development story.
A Contemporary Look for a Product with History
In the laundry care segment, design carries significant weight. Consumers choose these products not only for their functionality, but also for the sense of trust, cleanliness and clarity they convey. Packaging becomes a visible indicator of quality and professionalism.
The renewed DANA design has been created to present a cleaner, more structured and confident appearance. The product name is more clearly highlighted, the information hierarchy refined, and the overall graphic system modernised. The result is stronger shelf presence and clearer communication of the product’s purpose.
At the same time, despite the noticeable visual update, key recognition elements have been preserved. Colour accents, brand structure and compositional balance ensure continuity. Customers can still intuitively recognise DANA as the product they know. This is a deliberate evolution – not a break from identity.
Clear Local Communication, International Readiness
As part of the redesign, the information structure on the label has also been reviewed. The front label is led by the main information in English, supported by smaller Latvian text. Lithuanian, Estonian and Russian language information is provided on the back label within the descriptive section.
This approach ensures clear and internationally accessible communication while maintaining complete information for all markets where the product is distributed. It is both a practical and strategic decision, simplifying international presentation and strengthening the product’s competitiveness beyond the Baltic region.
Design as a Reflection of Quality
An anti-static spray is associated with comfort, care and everyday quality. Its packaging should reflect cleanliness, precision and reliability.
The new DANA design:
- enhances shelf visibility and impact;
- communicates the product’s function more clearly;
- strengthens visual brand consistency;
- creates a modern and professional impression;
- supports KVADRO’s long-term development and export goals.
It ensures that the product looks as confident as it performs.
A Legacy That Continues
The story of DANA is part of KVADRO’s own history. From its origins as LANA to today’s DANA, the product has grown alongside the company. This design update demonstrates that even long-established products can evolve while preserving their identity and value.
KVADRO continues to develop both its classic and newer products with the same level of responsibility and professional ambition – combining experience, quality and a clear vision to build a brand that is competitive and confident both locally and internationally.
